Floor & Decor Customer Service Associate interview questions

I had an interview scheduled at 1. I arrived on time but didn't actually get interviewed till 30 minutes or so later. Not a huge biggie. The interview was very casual and laid back. She didnt ask any questions just went over my experience. Then I asked a few questions about the position and was given very detailed answers. I had thought the interview went well and when it was done she went to get me a form to fill out, explaining that they still needed to interview people "to give everyone a fair chance". She left the room for a little bit and returned saying that while it isn't normal, she would like me to return to the waiting area as another manager wanted to interview me as soon as he finished an interview. She said it was a good thing. I waited for about five minutes before the other manager came out. The second interview wasn't very long. It was just a couple questions about my experience. Which I was able to answer easily. He then said he would set up a second interview with the store manager, since she ultimately makes the hiring decision. I thanked him and left. I never heard back and I figured it was because of the new year. So I waited till after New Years to call and follow up and inquire about the second interview. It was about a week since my previous interviews. Since then, I've called another time and they've only taken my phone number and said they'd call back. I'm still waiting on the call back. I'm pretty sure its not going to happen
