Interview

You meet with the CEM of the store and they usually interview you for about 30 minutes with questions that consist of your strengths and personality. The environment is a warehouse feel. But overall you do the interview. They give you a tour of the store and show you the different departments and managers within the store.

Interview

It was a group interview of 10 people applying for the job. We were interviewed by 3 managers at the same time. It was a very relaxed and comfortable interview because the managers made it more of a group conversation and less of an interview.

filled out application online, got interview within 1 to 2 weeks. I had an interview with the assistant manager. Assistant manager liked me and about a few days later I interviewed with the manager of the store. They then asked about my flexibility and schedule.
