Floor & Decor Designer interview questions

The store manager was incredibly nice and helpful. The design supervisor, however, was not interested in seeing my portfolio, saying “I’m not sure that’s relevant.” I was interviewing for a designer position while in school for interior design and architecture. She gave me “bad vibes” right away, so I thought if I don’t like her management style now, I really won’t like it later on. I was offered the job, but declined based on her.
