Very easy ..three interview. ..hired on third Interview.I asked for 10.00 he gave me 10.50.He said after interview he was gonna call me soon as my background comes back.He never called ,three weeks went by still no phone call.So I called after 3 weeks .Operator told me to leave message for Store manager.Still no return phone.Finally someone calls me.She claimed at store maanger called me and I missed orientation.

You meet with the CEM of the store and they usually interview you for about 30 minutes with questions that consist of your strengths and personality. The environment is a warehouse feel. But overall you do the interview. They give you a tour of the store and show you the different departments and managers within the store.
