It was straightforward and fair. The CEM had clear expectations. Working in a collaborative environment is important. Customers and safety are priority. Having strong and clear communication skills is important as well.

Very friendly managers. Got introduced to several people in the management team. Seem to be straight forward. Got a call back the next day after my interview to come back in finalize information.
