Interview
Very strange. They did not ask questions, but showed the interview group around the store and talked about the company for half an hour. They called me back to do it a second time, where the process was exactly the same. They only question they ask is what your favorite movie is.
Not many questions were asked seemed a little frazzled when interviewing. Honestly seemed to forget or not know there was an interview. Got the job, super easy interview. Better have open availability

Interview
Interview was straight-forward and very personable. It was a little unorganized the manager didn't know an interview was set up, but he rolled with the punches. He stated he likes to interview as if he was on the other side of it, which made it a pleasant expierence. Each question had genuine intent and wasn't asking questions just to ask them.
