I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Floor & Decor (Knoxville, TN) in Dec 2015

Interview

Phone interview then in person with regional pro manager and follow up with Store Manager (CEM). Spent several hours with Regional Pro Manager covering the job, expectations and how the company expects you to do the job. Unfortunately that particular regional pro manager was promoted and the new pro manager is a joke. The VP in charge of Pro Sales, the Regional Manager of Pro Sales and the store general manager all have three differing ideas as to how this job is to be performed. Add to that if you don't have Home Depot on your resume you will not be promoted and will be made to feel very unwelcome.
