I submitted my resume online. I got a call from their HR 2-3 weeks later to set up a 30 minute phone interview. On the interview day I waited around to get a call from the HR as promised. It was almost 30 minutes past our appointment time so I call HR and she gets on the phone and sighs like I interrupted her day. Then she says she got "tied' up and needs to reschedule for another date. This was a red flag to me and as I suspected I was right. We finally connect on the next agreed upon date and time and she seemed like she was trying to disqualify me from the jump rather than letting me speak on my qualifications. She told me the next steps in the interview process would be her talking with the hiring manager about my qualifications and then getting back to me. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for that call.
