Phone call to schedule interview. Interview took place in CEM's office with CEM and Department manager. Pretty laid back process, more of a conversation rather than an interview. Benefits rent any better than anywhere else. Be prepared for a retail schedule. Only two holidays per year. Close Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day, other than that open from 7 am til 9 pm most days. Interview lasted about 90 mins. Wanted to hire on the spot

You meet with the CEM of the store and they usually interview you for about 30 minutes with questions that consist of your strengths and personality. The environment is a warehouse feel. But overall you do the interview. They give you a tour of the store and show you the different departments and managers within the store.
