Interview
Applied online. Took a while, they are very thorough. They called back within a few days. Went in to interview in the morning, second interview in the afternoon. They put me at ease, didn't ask any silly questions just tried to get a feel for what I could do. We were able to agree on a position that I was comfortable with and suited for. It was stressful as all interviews are but they did a great job. I could tell they put effort into the process.
