Initial communications: walked in store and was told to apply online. Called for interview and it was an enjoyable experience and was asked if I wanted the job. They would conduct a background and drug test and give me a call about a starting date, etc.

Not many questions were asked seemed a little frazzled when interviewing. Honestly seemed to forget or not know there was an interview. Got the job, super easy interview. Better have open availability

Interview
Interview was straight-forward and very personable. It was a little unorganized the manager didn't know an interview was set up, but he rolled with the punches. He stated he likes to interview as if he was on the other side of it, which made it a pleasant expierence. Each question had genuine intent and wasn't asking questions just to ask them.
