Interview
I applied online and heard back the next day. I was interviewed in-person and the process was straightforward and quick. I was asked if I had retail experience or experience with tile and flooring. I had limited experience with the former and none of the latter, but they did not seem to mind, saying I'd be trained on the job. I took a drug test and was then asked when I could start.

Interview
Thorough but not intimidating. Be prepared for questions. Don’t think it’s going to be an easy interview and you’ll do great. Be professional. Make sure to research the company and bring questions for the interviewer. Make sure you understand what you’re getting yourself into. This will help prevent wasting their time and yours.

Interview
They called me after about a month. I had applied so many places I did not remember I applied for them. They called and left a voicemail and then called me again and scheduled for two days later with a Department Manager. They then scheduled a second interview with the store manager which basically means you are hired. He reiterates your availability, salary, and then gives a tour of the store and then has you fill out new hire paperwork and you get a background check done. Once it comes back they call you to schedule your training.
