The interview process consisted of me answering a pre screening questionnaire. Then I had a phone interview with the Senior Buyer. I felt the phone interview went well and the interviewer even told me that she wanted me to move to the next step and that I was a great candidate. I followed up with HR and the HR representative said that I was not chosen to move on. I believe that it was not right that she told me that I was a great candidate and got my hopes up.
