Very straight forward. Experience is a plus for sure but they are looking for good quality people that can grow. The basics of showing up on time and attitude go a long way with getting a good impression right away. Answering questions about team work and working as a team is a great start.

Two interviewers, but it felt like they were checking the box. The issue with the interview was that they were looking for someone that was low cost and it did not really seem like they wanted a quality person.
