It was informal and the manager wasn’t there so had others fill in. They seemed like they would hire almost anyone. Opportunities for griwth and salary increase were very vague.

Interview process was with the main manager and a new assistant manager that was being brought on. They asked very typical interview questions about the skills mentioned in the job description and about your own experiences, as well as your knowledge in flooring and construction projects. With customer service experience I was not hired, but I was told they were calling back about 90 people.
