It was a group interview of 10 people applying for the job. We were interviewed by 3 managers at the same time. It was a very relaxed and comfortable interview because the managers made it more of a group conversation and less of an interview.

You meet with the CEM of the store and they usually interview you for about 30 minutes with questions that consist of your strengths and personality. The environment is a warehouse feel. But overall you do the interview. They give you a tour of the store and show you the different departments and managers within the store.
