Florence Healthcare interview questions

This was a very smooth and casual recruitment and interview process. You get the opportunity to meet with many people from the company from various departments including upper management. They will not ask you difficult questions or try to put you under any extreme pressure. They simply want to get to know you, see if you will fit with their company culture, and ensure that you will be an asset to their team (aka you know how to work hard and will make a difference). First, consists of a few 1 on 1 interviews with HR, the manager, and maybe a few people from upper management. The last step is a 20 minute presentation with a lot of flexibility on what you can present. All interviews are virtual. Ask questions, be open, share your personality, and have fun!

Overall, it was 3+ month-long interview process consisting of an interview with HR, 3 interviews with the Account Management team in 3 consecutive weeks, a month gap (partially my fault), 1 interview with a senior director and 1 interview with the CEO in rapid succession. After the interview with the CEO, I was given the opportunity to present a mock client meeting to a panel. After given 1 week to prepare (the same week I was moving, which in hindsight, I should have disclosed), I presented to the panel and I felt that it went well, given my nerves and the stress of moving). I was advised by HR that they should have next steps by the next day, a Friday. Late Friday afternoon, I received an email that they were still interviewing candidates and they ‘hope’ to have an answer next week. 16 days pass before I received an email, on Easter no less, that they were going to pursue a new crop of applicants and that an offer would not be extended my way. Gutted was an understatement. In my opinion, receiving a rejection email on a holiday was unprofessional and de-classé. For an organization that touted how much their employee base means to them, that was certainly not reflected in the candidate experience that I had; specifically, the radio silence I endured after the presentation portion of the process. Although everyone could not have been more friendly, I did not receive any feedback to warrant the outcome of this ungodly long interview process. I hope that Florence Healthcare incorporates a feedback loop into their candidate experience.
