I had an hr screening. The recruiter seemed very disorganized. First, I applied for a position, then they had me reapply the next day - I think it was because the job post they used to recruit was inaccurate. The recruiter was 20 min late and the interview felt rushed.

Asked about project experience and my role on them.
Initial screener interview with the recruiter lasted 10 minutes. Quick overview of qualifications and discussion of what I was looking for out of the job. Second interview was a 20 minute presentation to a group of staff including a VP, followed by 30 minute individual discussions with each of the staff. Lasted about 2-2.5 hours, no breaks. They use a set of bank questions which included typical interview questions and some more specific to the position and company dynamics.
