Phone screen. Awkward as it wasn’t really a conversation - more like someone reading from a piece of paper. I was qualified, but something about the structure of the interview made me
uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a formal rejection email - even a form one just to have closure. The entire experience was a bit defeating.
