Recruiter P.C. reached out almost 2 months after I applied to ask me if I was still interested. I decided to go with the intro call and see if I'd be a great fit but was told I'd have to wait another week and a half to speak with mangers. My time is valuable and having already applied and been overlooked, I didn't see why hiring managers needed almost two additional weeks to confirm a meeting. The pay rate was laughable as well as they tried to sell the role as entry level when it is not. Based on previous reviews, it seems they allocate funds weirdly and have no real intention of hiring for the long-term. I decided to let them know I was no longer interested before they could send an automated rejection email.
