Phone interview, easy and casual. Asked about my past experience and knowledge about this role, which I have some but not a lot. Talked about what daily responsibility is going to be, and long term and short term expectations of me if I were to work there. I was interview by the manager and a senior engineer of this positition. Afterwards HR called and we discuss what they could offer and benefits.
Easy, smooth and fast. It was 3 rounds, technical round was detailed. Talked about EV industry and my past experience. Hobbies, certifications, degree received. Talked about the past experience. 2 rounds in person. Onboarding was smooth

1st round was the phone interview with the HR, Quickly phone interview. Then online interview, simply go thru the resume, discussed my background. Not a tough interview. They will ask some case questions.
