Freedom Mortgage Executive Assistant interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter who set up a video interview. Less than 10 minutes before the interview was set to begin, they emailed me and claimed their Teams was not working and rescheduled. It seemed like a lie to cover up them forgetting about the interview or something else. When the interview finally took place, they joined with a very unprofessional background that looked like outer space and asked me how my day was, then how my weekend was, then talked about the weather before actually discussing the role. It was bizarre all around, then they told me they wanted to hire someone for 10k less than entry level market value (and I have experience that would put me above that). Huge waste of time, very unprofessional staff, and unrealistic salary expectations.
