Applied with the easy apply tool via LinkedIn. Initially Freshworks was very responsive with the recruiter reaching out in a day or two. From there we spoke on the phone the following business day. The initial phone screen went well with the typical review of past experience and future interests. After the initial call the process was very rushed, and took a hasty turn. The recruiter let me know we would setup a call with the hiring manager in the next day or two; mentioning the team was traveling to India to the HQ in the coming days. The phone interview with the hiring manager was then setup the same day for a couple of hours later. That call was very similar to the initial phone screen, and a little rushed as the manager called 5 minutes late. The next step was meant to be an in person interview, which they were looking to schedule for the next morning. After a couple of days of follow up they let me know they went with a different candidate and were unresponsive about any feedback they had.
