Das Vorstellungsgespräch bestand aus 4 Phasen. Ein Screening mit der Personalabteilung, ein Gespräch mit dem Hiring Manager, ein Gespräch mit einem zukünftigen Arbeitskollegen und eine Panel-Präsentation. Jede Phase dauert etwa eine Woche, so dass das Vorstellungsgespräch zwischen 4 und 6 Wochen dauert. Das HR-Team ist sehr positiv und hilfsbereit. Sie halten dich in jeder Phase auf dem Laufenden und geben dir regelmäßig Feedback.

lousy and unorganised process. I was contacted on numerous occasions by the internal recruiter to set up an initial call with the head of sales in the UK. After finally agreeing to time-slot we had the call. All went well and agreed on next steps to come in for a face to face interview as there were no reservations. I was told I would hear back within a day. I followed up 4 days later to be told that they had already made someone an offer who was more suitable, which is a bit strange seeing I never met them in person. Also if they already had someone in final stage why interview me knowing you would move me onto the next stage? At the end of the day, I would have likely turned down the offer as the company in senior management is ran by Indians only and 2000 employees are based in India.
