lousy and unorganised process. I was contacted on numerous occasions by the internal recruiter to set up an initial call with the head of sales in the UK. After finally agreeing to time-slot we had the call. All went well and agreed on next steps to come in for a face to face interview as there were no reservations. I was told I would hear back within a day. I followed up 4 days later to be told that they had already made someone an offer who was more suitable, which is a bit strange seeing I never met them in person. Also if they already had someone in final stage why interview me knowing you would move me onto the next stage? At the end of the day, I would have likely turned down the offer as the company in senior management is ran by Indians only and 2000 employees are based in India.

The recruiter contacted me via email in regards to my application. She immediately set me up With an interview without calling me to find out any info. I sent her an email asking what was the OTE, she couldn’t tell me the base or anything about it. I am A senior sales rep, why would I waste my time interviewing for a position that could potentially not be aligned with my salary requirements. So I sent her my OTE breakdown and she rudely just cancelled the interview. I would suggest hiring a new staffing crew. You will never get senior reps that are good at this pace. Glad she cancelled without wasting my time.
