My interview was telephonic interview. The interview was pathetic because of the interviewer. First of all he didn't gothrough my profile before the interview. He took some time to go over it :). That should be ok. In the Interview, He is not totally understand a question can have multiple answer. He is not accepting the answer even if it is right, until I say the answer in his mind :(. He asked an open ended question, when I ask for more clarification to know exactly what he mean ( I was just trying to match the answer in his mind) then he laughed at me. !!! I was embarrassed ... is that your culture ??? when people ask question you laugh at them ??? That shows how you ill treat them. That was so arrogant. The moment I decided I will not go further. I am from the culture when people ask questions, we respect. Because he is not an closed mind set. Definitely this culture won't fit to me. Actually I heard differently about the Freshworks, I had a good presumption before this interview. I have asked him the same, the next part is very interesting. He suddenly be cautious and told me that he didn't laugh. mmm thats another mistake, A true leader has to accept his mistake and be a role model for the team. We are human and we prone to do mistake. But accepting the mistakes requires maturity. Hope Freshworks has a good year ahead. Thanks for the opportunity.
