Got a call from the HR in two weeks.
Had a brief introduction and acceptance of approval for the role and confirmed the availability for face to face interview in their Office and scheduled it accordingly within a week.
Had a face to face interview with 4 senior team members one after the other.
Finally they seemed satisfied and had told me to come meet the Technical head to finalise the job.
The second round was scheduled within two weeks.
The HR had contacted me to meet to meet their Tech Head and after a good conversation for an hour, The Interviewer excused himself. The HR came and told me that they will call back.
They do not have the curtesy to even tell a candidate they are not selected which the candidate does not mind. But instead immature behaviour to tell them that they will get back to us.
