There were three interview rounds, followed by a presentation round where candidates were required to showcase their ability to implement one of the Freshworks products seamlessly within a client’s ecosystem.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Freshworks

5 stage interview process including a 45 minute presentation where you had to role play giving a QBR to 3 customers from a client.
Lots of repeat questions throughout as was being interviewed from a variety of different seniority levels from Management to Sales CEO and was expected to understand the ins and outs of the product during the presentation.
Was a good learning opportunity and everyone was polite. Was not given an offer due to number of other very experienced candidates.

Some curveballs in the presentation in order to get you to think on your feet and how you handle difficult questions ina client scenario
