Applied through referral... had about 5 interviews over 3 visits spanning across weeks. Not particularly challenging... very standard coding questions. Overall experience was good. One interviewer wasn't up to the task, had to correct his ideas and reasoning, and that messed him up. Cannot imaging working with such individuals. Everything went fine, 100% skill match but didn't get. May be because of one question I asked everyone...."Is there a requirement to work on weekends...!!". Of course there's no official policy but they work on weekends..... a 'no no' for me... I will work hard but not on the weekends.... after all there are only 100s of weekend to enjoy... :)

Interview

I had one on-site screen and one full interview with 4 people from both QA and Dev teams. And final round is to see head of software. They are all nice and professional. The interview questions are reasonable. If you have deep understanding in the domain, the questions are easy for you. Some coding questions are challenging but interesting and practical. I think the interview is a mutual processes - not only they interview me, but I also interview them. They want to work with smart and qualified people, so do I.

Interview

I had two rounds of interview - one screening and onf full round. 5 people interviewed including VPs and engineers. Though the interviews were tough and detailed, people were very nice. They gave you the impression that they were trying to hire you not the other way around looking for a reason to reject you. It proves what I believe - prepare well and you will get hired - if your background is relevant to the company.
