Interview
The interview process is GRUELING. Getting a job at gamestop is EXTREMELY difficult. You have to go in and apply online, and then they send you to a job fair type event. If you make the cut there, which there are regional managers, store managers, and even assistant store managers who interview you with tons of questions, you will probably get a call for another personal interview. If they like you, and its summer-fall, you will get hired as a seasonal. If you think that a seasonal job can turn to permanency, you'd best try your luck elsewhere, as it is like a 1% chance that GameStop will keep you permanently after a seasonal job, like they did for me. I just got lucky.

Why do you think you'd be a good fit for GameStop?
Straightforward. Come in for interview. They will give you a call with an offer. If you have general knowledge of games, you will be fine. If you have knowledge on game accessories, that is plus.

Was very straight forward. Filled out an application, told an employee (whom I interacted with frequently when purchasing products), and was called to schedule a single interview. After the interview I got the job and started within a week or two. Wanted to make sure I understood the MSRB and knew not to advertise or sell M rated games to minors.
