Interview
Very precise, but they are very strict with who is hired do to whether or not someone is eloquent in speech and can maintain a conversation. Mostly they look for people they are personally interested by rather than who is the best fit for the job. Possibly to find someone less awkward and more relatable to attract and intice conversations with the guests. Relating to the manager on some level definitely helps, and showing a smarter side of yourself.

For the interview, I was asked the typical questions surrounding dealing with problem/upset customers and how to de-escalate it and turn it into a positive experience. Also had to do a roleplay situation the floor to show my knowledge of game genres and systems.

Comfortable, relaxed and understandable. Low pressure and very much fair/balanced questions. Mainly left up to their managers to decide how to approach you. Quick and personable, normally trying to feel for who you are rather than just how much you have done.

Very chill, did the interview in the back room. Ben was lovely and asked meaningful questions instead of the typical "tell me about a time" nonsense that didn't apply to the job. It was quick and easy.
