Interview
It was supposed to be a group interview, and I was the only one that showed up. The two people who interviewed me asked me the questions they had to ask , dismissively, as they felt the corporately drawn out interview was tedious. Since I was the only one there they told me I had the job, and they even cracked a joke with me saying I was "fired" when I told them I play PlayStation and not Xbox. Two weeks go by without a call. I follow up.
"Oh, sorry, man. If you haven't gotten a call, then we're not hiring you."

Easy and casual interview. The person doing the interview was really nice which made the process go pretty smooth. It didn’t really feel like a typical comprehensive interview given how short it was. I think they were just trying to fill an open role ASAP.
It was an informal scenario-based situational hypothetical situation with a semi-scripted correct answer type format. Super casual and friendly, initially with the assistant manager, then with the store manager, and eventually a phone interview with the regional manager

It was easy but they were slow to respond. Questions very basic, attitude and what customer service means to you. That kind of stuff. I didn't get a call or any follow up until I called them again.
