Recommendation to me led me to a phone call with the District Manager. We arranged a time and place to meet and sit down. I met the District Manager at one of the local stores and we conducted an offsite interview. He was easy to speak with and the interview was casual. He asked a lot of questions, but it was in the course of conversation rather than questions one after the other.

Specifically what was done at a former position to increase the standing of my store/department within company ranking. It's a sales based company so they are very focused on this.
Two interviews on zoom. One with store manager of different location, one with district manager. Was told after second interview I would have the job and would call me back with additional details. Never heard from them again.

Interview process went great, I was told to hear back on their decision within 2-3 days of my final interview. I'm assuming I didn't get it because the company ghosted me.
I submitted my resume on the company website and received a call for an interview several weeks later. I didn't know what I was being interviewed for until I got to the location, which was very unusual. The interview was very generic, with the manager reading off a predetermined set of questions the entire time.
