Met with the manager, who I knew from hanging out in the store quite often. (This is key to getting on as a permanent position) He pulled me outside of the store as the back room was too small to actually have an interview in. (Mall Store) Talked for a few minutes about everyday things and he offered me a job on the spot.

Applied online and then got a call to schedule interview. She asked me about what games I like, consoles I have, etc...Then she went over how strict the job is alongside the pay rate and I, for some reason, still said I wanted to work there.
