The interview process was pretty laid back. The interviewer had pre-printed questions attached to the resume I submitted online and made notes as we answered the questions. The interview took about an hour and a half altogether but the interview questions were pretty standard and the interviewer was very friendly. The hiring process took about a week and the training takes about six weeks before you can work on your own.
