Applied online thru a jobsite. Received a phone screening, setting up an interview and asking some basic questions about history. Went to interview in business casual, which was almost overkill but good. The questions were simple (no real trick questions) and regarding hypothetical situations and my reactions.

Two interviews on zoom. One with store manager of different location, one with district manager. Was told after second interview I would have the job and would call me back with additional details. Never heard from them again.

Interview process went great, I was told to hear back on their decision within 2-3 days of my final interview. I'm assuming I didn't get it because the company ghosted me.
I submitted my resume on the company website and received a call for an interview several weeks later. I didn't know what I was being interviewed for until I got to the location, which was very unusual. The interview was very generic, with the manager reading off a predetermined set of questions the entire time.
