I applied online and gave them a call to follow up on the hiring process. We went into the back room and had a short interview, which included a mock customer scenario. They typically do two separate interviews, sometimes with one of them being with the Assistant Store Leader.

What did you do in a situation where you and someone had differing views/opinions?
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
