Contacted by HR for a screening test, which was fine. She went through my CV and probed a couple of areas that they were interested in. The interview proper took place a few days later with the hiring manager who happened to over from the US. Interview was excellent, focused around my experience and finding crossover between that and the role itself. Seemed like it would have been a good place to work. Contacted me a few weeks later to let me know they had gone with another candidate. I was disappointed as the fit seemed to be a good one.
