When I first started with the company I was an SGA (3rd key) and worked my way up to Store Manager.
The interview process was and lax and largely unstructured. I was lied to about how much I would be making and then offered employment. Started working to find out I’d be making 50¢ less than they told me.

Standard interview, you meet with the store manager and converse in the back room. They ask you general questions about retail and sales. You'll likely be offered the job on the spot or not at all.
Interviewer was very kind and welcomed me to the rest of the people which was good cause I'm not very social. Very straightforward and to the point and easy to get along with.
