My process consisted of 3 stages: 1. Interview over the phone with the district manager. These were your basic questions. years of exp, etc. 2. Interview with one of the senior store managers in the district. 3. Face to face interview with the DM. Lasted over an hour, very detailed questions past work, how long, why, why did I quit, what didn't I like. He had a way of working back around to a subject after I thought we were over it as well, catching me off guard at times.Some role playing was done in the interview as well, how I would talk to associated to hold them accountable, how I held employees accountable in the past.
