Interview process was pretty straight forward. The interview was held with the store manager and in the back where the stock room was. The interview process was approximately 3-4 questions and about 20 mins long.

Asked about how you'd resolve a conflict with a customer and coworker
Simple Q/A of what you know and if you worked sales before. A main focus was on selling vs actual knowledge of each game. Would advise to think of ways you could lead a sale instead of just knowing everything about 1 game
Phone call interview. Fairly straight forward.
Was asked just a few question and got the job offer.
Whole process was three weeks. Would recommend to any and all seeking a job.
