The initial process was fairly standard as I talked with a recruiter who then forwarded my information onto the hiring manager. The onsite interview was a complete waste of time and I felt as though I was just a "filler" and an internal candidate had already been selected. The hiring manager left the room 10 minutes into the interview and seemed to not even care about the process. The other person I interviewed with would have been a counterpart and while he was more engaged, played no part in the hiring decision
