Interview
Very basic, low pressure setting. Lasted about 30 minutes. Pretty much the standard retail interview questions. The interview itself is easy but it can be very difficult to get asked for an interview. The best way to get one is to strike up a conversation with a manager so that they remember you. If you they like the same games as you and you connect on that, it's definitely helpful. It shows that you know games and can talk about them with people.

What was one thing you have done to provide exceptional customer experience at a previous job.
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
