The interview process was that of an inexperienced leadership team. The questions were from the typical STAR guide. The leaders were unable to clearly define the goals and expectations of the position. I expected more from a Director level interview. I also found that there was a lack of direction for the interview. The whole experience gave me a very different opinion of GameStop as a company.
