Applied for store management position via an online jobboard. received a phone call asking to come in for an interview...arrived for interview and spoke with a hiring manager...interview consisted of usual questions and asked background information...finished interview talking about the company and some of the perks of working for them. got a call the next day and was offered a job BUT as an assistant manager...while I definately appreciated the offer I applied for a store manager and $12 an hour was not going to cut it so I politely declined

Interview process went great, I was told to hear back on their decision within 2-3 days of my final interview. I'm assuming I didn't get it because the company ghosted me.
I submitted my resume on the company website and received a call for an interview several weeks later. I didn't know what I was being interviewed for until I got to the location, which was very unusual. The interview was very generic, with the manager reading off a predetermined set of questions the entire time.
