I had 2 phone interviews and was told from my resume alone I was likely to receive 1 of 2 internships upon the first phone interview. On the second interview, the panel was late, did not have any questions for me to answer, and did not take my interview as seriously as I thought a hiring team should. This resulted in a confusing non-offer.
