Interview
A store manager in the district you are applying, but not the store you are applying at will conduct the interview. This interview will be done over the phone during store hours. After that a background check will be conducted. A job offer will be approximately a week afterwards. They will ask you questions about company policy, and questions about how you would manage the store. They'll ask you situational questions, as in, if Person A did this and a customer was upset, what would you do?

Question 1
What would you do to improve your store if you were made SM?
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
