Interview
Interview was professional and staff was courteous. I wasn't made to feel bad for not knowing all the popular games just that I had a passion for playing and helping others enjoy games as well.
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
