Very relaxed environment, the manager brought me to the back room to hold interview along with another employee. They asked me a few questions regarding general retail experience and selling products.

What are your strengths when it comes to selling a product?
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
