Those are the two most asked about topics. It is important to cover how much time you have spent with Video games as well. Describe a time where you had to deal with an exceptionally frustrating customer.
Very simple and easy going. First was a group interview and then an official secondary interview at the store. Everything was communicated very well and all questions were relevant to experience needed.
I was asked several behavioural questions, to determine my suitability for working in a retail environment. The focus was on my ability to learn and understand the store rules, as well as be able to handle customer needs. Very little was asked about video games.
